DR. MARIA MARTIN-D'IPPOLITO
CCFP, Focus Practice Designation in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Dr. Martin-D'Ippolito is a family physician who is passionate about addressing gaps in reproductive healthcare, especially those affecting underserved patient populations. She practices through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, creating a safe environment for patients to explore their reproductive healthcare concerns.
Dr. Martin-D'Ippolito obtained a Baccalaureate in Arts, concentration Women's Studies from the University of Ottawa in 2005. After working in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors for a decade, she pursued undergraduate medical education and graduated from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine in 2019. She went on to complete Family Medicine Residency at McMaster University in 2021.
